Service Description

Two days guided workshop on making a face through reflection, movement, pause. Devi is an idea where you design and make a face/mask from inside out. You learn the process of turning an imagination to a form that you can touch, mold through the medium. This is a very unique and alive experience to witness. It's more than just the technique. Through the learning process of creating a mask you witness the connection between the self you know with the self within that is yet to be explored. What to expect from the workshop: Day 1: -Starting with a basic guided movement with music. -Reflection using specific terms, imagination, pen and paper. -Introduction of using Clay. -Guidance to start working on the mask. Day2: -Reflecting on Day 1 -Start from where we left and dive deeper. -Finishing the mask with colors. Book a slot to experience this very unique process of connecting with clay and connecting with your own self in a very creative, raw, earthy and empowering way. Discover the Devi, the power within you. As this is more of experiential process we will not take the mask through firing process. But the mask will be made in a way that you can take it home. You can take it home with you and keep with you as long as you want. Or, put it in water to let it become clay again. The way we do it for Devi.
